By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TLC Drivers Hub is a social platform designed for NYC TLC drivers to:

• Connect and communicate with other drivers in real-time public chat rooms
• Calculate trip earnings using official NYC TLC rates
• Find and list vehicle rentals from verified TLC license holders
• Buy and sell driver equipment and accessories
• Share driving tips, traffic updates, and market insights
• Access educational content and TLC-related information

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4.1 Calculator Accuracy

Our earnings calculator uses publicly available NYC TLC minimum payment standards for informational purposes only. Actual earnings may vary based on:

• Tips and surge pricing
• Vehicle and operational costs
• Time of day and location factors

4.2 No Financial Advice

TLC Drivers Hub does not provide financial, tax, or business advice. All information is for educational purposes only. Consult qualified professionals for:

• Insurance and liability coverage

4.3 TLC Compliance Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining compliance with all NYC TLC regulations, licensing requirements, and legal obligations. TLC Drivers Hub does not verify compliance and is not responsible for any regulatory violations.

5. Marketplace and Rentals

5.1 Vehicle Rentals

Our rental marketplace connects drivers with vehicle owners. We facilitate connections but are not a party to rental agreements. You understand that:

• All rental agreements are between you and the vehicle owner
• You must independently verify TLC licensing and insurance requirements
• We do not guarantee vehicle condition, TLC compliance, or availability
• Payment and insurance arrangements are your sole responsibility
• You are responsible for ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance

5.2 Buy/Sell Marketplace

Our marketplace allows drivers to buy and sell equipment and vehicles. You agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of items for sale
• Complete transactions in good faith
• Handle payments and delivery arrangements directly with other users
• Report any fraudulent or suspicious activity

6. Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive and professional environment for NYC drivers, all users must follow these guidelines:

6.1 Professional Conduct

• Treat all community members with respect and professionalism
• No harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
• Respect diverse backgrounds and driving experiences
• No discriminatory language or hate speech
• Keep discussions relevant to TLC driving and the NYC market

6.2 Content Standards

• No spam, excessive self-promotion, or off-topic content
• No sharing of illegal schemes or fraudulent activities
• No posting of copyrighted material without permission
• No false or misleading rental/sale listings
• No sharing of sensitive personal information in public chats
• Remember that all chat conversations are visible to authenticated users

6.3 Information Sharing and Legal Compliance

• Share information responsibly and accurately
• Users are individually responsible for TLC regulation compliance
• Report unsafe or illegal activities to appropriate authorities (not to us)
• Do not share information that could compromise driver safety
• Understand that regulatory compliance is between you and relevant authorities

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not:

• Impersonate any person or entity, including other drivers
• Create fake rental or sale listings
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect user information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

8. Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant TLC Drivers Hub a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform for Service-related purposes. You understand that:

• All chat messages are public and visible to authenticated users
• Chat content may remain visible even after account deletion for community continuity
• You should not post sensitive personal information in public chats

8.2 TLC Drivers Hub Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TLC Drivers Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.3 TLC Rate Information

TLC rate information used in our calculator is based on publicly available NYC TLC data and regulations. We do not claim ownership of this regulatory information.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TLC Drivers Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Vehicle rental agreements or disputes
• Marketplace transactions
• Earnings calculator estimates
• Business decisions based on platform information
• Interactions with other users

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TLC Drivers Hub from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party rights
• Any rental or marketplace transactions you engage in

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason, including:

• Repeated abuse or harassment of other users
